Questions
- What if the client asks for a person right away?
- The assistant starts the handoff at once, with no questionnaire and no attempts to keep them talking.
- What if the manager doesn’t answer?
- The assistant tells the client and offers a callback. A request is confirmed only once it exists.
- Can it make up a price?
- Prices, availability, offers and mortgages come only from connected sources. Without data, the question goes to a manager.
- How long does a call with the assistant take?
- About a minute: after a short clarification the assistant offers to bring in a manager. It never cuts a person off mid-sentence.
- Can you connect my number and CRM?
- We first check your telephony and CRM exchange. The pilot confirms the full path: incoming call, answer, handoff, saved card.
- Are calls recorded?
- In a pilot, under storage and access rules agreed with you. The website demo keeps only technical session events, no conversation text.
- Does the assistant hide that it’s AI?
- No. Asked “are you a robot?”, it says plainly that it is a voice assistant and offers to bring in a manager.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on call volume, the voice provider and integrations. The proposal shows setup and monthly costs separately.
